I have 30+ years’ experience in leadership and coaching, predominantly in the IT and Software industries. 

In that time, I have learnt that it is far more important to properly listen and not just wait to talk ... and that by doing so you unlock an individual’s ability to truly 'think' themselves into a growth mindset and success ... this isn't hit or miss, it isn't random .. when done properly anyone can get to a better position ... I truly believe that. 

Following a successful career in sales that I loved I have completed my industry accreditation in Career Coaching and Psychology at Birkbeck University. 

I now want to concentrate on the part of my career that I love the most ... bringing out the best in people so they skip to work .... wherever that may be...
